Today was a beautiful day here in Kos, the sun was shinning and the temperature is slowly rising. The different flowers and especially the roses, are coming back to life in full force....

Solar Panel Project (Part III)
The Solar Panels have been up and running since the end of last year and electricity production has picked up substantially as days have grown longer and sunnier... A few glitches have occurred here and there but over all things have proceeded quite smoothly. We should be able to cover nearly all the needs of the hotel...

Sights of Early Spring (24/3-25/3)
Another beautiful weekend here at the Mastichari Bay Hotel, spring is on its way and we are getting ready for the 2012 season grand opening at the end of the month of April... The gardens are being tidied up and most of the pruning has been done, as well as the landscaping....I thought I might share some of the sights with you... I only wish I could also share the sounds... the birds are going crazy, chirping away, the beginning of the Spring seems to agree with them...
I also added some pictures of the clear turquoise waters, the sea was so calm today... you could distinguish all the little pebbles... and the undulating sandy bottom...
